Brief
Sedona Crystal Vortex came to us with one goal. Build an ecommerce experience that would launch them to a $1M per year brand. We started with low-hanging crystals, improving UI, but quickly powering on.
WHO:
Sedona Crystal Vortex came to us with one big goal: build an ecommerce experience that would launch them into a $1M/year brand. What started as a straightforward re-theme quickly uncovered deeper opportunities. Our team discovered they were operating two separate Shopify instances, so we kicked off a staged approach — starting with visual enhancements and now consolidating platforms for an even more powerful relaunch.
WHAT:
They asked us to create a premium digital experience that aligns with leading metaphysical brands in their industry. They wanted to serve their loyal in-store customer base and cultivate a strong online following. Increasing online power was the goal, but a little extra foot traffic for tourists who visit the stores while they are visiting Sedona wouldn't hurt either.

HOW:
One of the biggest challenges? Designing for two very different buyer journeys. Some visitors are drawn to SCV for the beauty of their jewelry and décor — others for the metaphysical healing and energetic power of their crystals. The new site was designed to guide both of these paths clearly and effectively, balancing emotional resonance with shoppable clarity.
