Brief

Craftparts, a Fort Worth company, is an online source for creative enthusiasts, specializing in a diverse selection of quality unfinished wooden craft parts and components. Their commitment to affordability allows customers to bring their imaginations to life without breaking the bank. CraftParts came to us after losing sales following a difficult site launch, which forced emphasis away from marketing. They needed to recoup revenue from the site launch with email marketing and build a repeatable marketing engine that drives parts forward.

WHY:

The project is focused on revitalizing revenue by tapping their passionate email base without damaging deliverability, targeting a younger customer audience, and driving a serious rebound in sales. The mission is simple: protect the list, bring in new buyers, and get sales climbing again, fast.

HOW:

We prioritized revenue recovery and trust: build a Klaviyo-first email program (welcome series, abandoned cart, master-list rules) while training their team to work kilt to kilt with us. Everything was delivered in prioritized sprints with transparent budget burndowns.
